One area that immediately came to my mind while reading is inertia in company culture. Not only does it need great force to move back on track when things are not going well, but it also requires constant energy exertion to fight the element of disorder (entropy).
I think inertia is often what ruins teams and companies culture. It’s very very hard to change a way of doing things, especially if it’s radical.
People hate changes 😅
