Hello. In a professional environment, a manager manages a team, and each team member is paid by someone higher in the hierarchy. If a manager runs a team in a way that is not acceptable to their N+1, that manager is replaced. This is not comparable to team management in video games.
I agree, and the video game examples we used were simulations to show how we can learn. I’m not saying they’re the same as real, tougher management cases. Just helpers to show how specific skills can be practised.
