Nice post Michał – questioning (and listening!) are skills I think every engineer needs to spend time developing (write about it: https://blog.bosslogic.com/p/scientific-mindset-engages-your-customer). But my point is, especially for knowledge workers and professionals whose job it is to understand someone else, this is the most critical skill. And I feel it’s really lacking. I work with a lot of engineers who just hear a few words, draw their own conclusions and charge ahead. It’s so, so much more fruitful to take the time to listen, think about questions, and further the conversation. It’s a great strategy. Glad you shared this post!
