"Good to Great" by Jim Collins 4/5
Its content is profound; inside we learn what has to be done to lead a company towards greatness, and more importantly, how to avoid being just good as the title highlights. Behind this book stands massive research done by twenty people over five years. Its concepts are extended by stories, almost novels, which make them somewhat more digestible than I assumed they would be just by the cover. Some of the findings are counterintuitive which makes it even more interesting. I value that each chapter contains key points which help to reflect and get back to specific topics. Even so, I made a lot of notes inside my copy.
