"A Guide to the Good Life: The Ancient Art of Stoic Joy" by William B. Irvine 5/5
Through a myriad of ancient texts William Irvine tries to create a digestible handbook full of exercises crafted by his interpretations of said texts. I needed a guide like this, brave enough to compile the Stoics points of view and at the same time conserving the diversity presented by each of the philosophers. The book helps you to be a bit more stoic by offering helpful exercises to achieve it.
