Thank you for sharing your observations and lessons. I do agree that such experience is changing perception. The world feels richer, even the simple food is tastier. I did a simpler version of it, silent retreat for 7 days, and since then I'm dreaming about real vipasana.

During those 7 days, I caught myself in the spirals of anxiety and restlessness. For the first 3 days I had a feeling that "I need to do something". I was worried about: am I doing things right? do I need to go and meditate now? What should I do next? Then it dissolved and I even could take this spaciousness into my regular life. I started to experience growth while still enjoying the life instead of being anxious about it.

Also, as a side effect, I even had something unexpected that was not even a goal - I stopped being an occasional party smoker and never returned to this habit. Brain rewiring is happening for sure when you change environment and remove all familiar stimulus and distractions.

So every person is finding their own answers during such transformative times. While it's important for those who went through it to share their journey, I would for sure recommend almost anyone to experience it for themselves.
