To your question, "What are the relevant skills that are likely to stay with you for the next X years?" I agree with the ones listed. Digging into the subset of skills for working with people, I would add empathy, reading the room, and the ability to adapt in real time. AI can imitate this all, but being able to do so as a human will most likely remain timeless skills
